Who we are

What we collect and why

• AI Opportunity Finder: if you choose to leave your email address, we store it together with the industry, business size, and business description you entered, and the opportunities shown to you — so we can send you the breakdown you asked for and, where relevant, follow up personally. Legal basis: your consent.
• Email: if you email us or book a call, we hold that correspondence to manage the relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.

Where your data lives

Lead data is stored with Supabase in the United Kingdom (London region). Transactional email is sent via Resend from the EU (Ireland). The website is hosted by Vercel with rendering in London. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept while the enquiry is live and deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 (and, where it applies, UK/EU GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email ilan@nalisolutions.com and we will action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (jerseyoic.org).

No spam, no lists

Leaving your email in the Finder gets you exactly one breakdown email and, at most, a short personal follow-up. You are not added to a mailing list or automated sequence.
